Rules & Regulations

At Who You With Promotions, we prioritize safety and quality in all aspects of our work. Every event we promote is executed with care, and we make it our mission to create a comfortable and fun experience for event-goers. We believe in being responsible promoters, following the rules and regulations set forth by local authorities to ensure all attendees can enjoy a great event without worry.

Rules Match

Ticket & Event Information for Spectators

 

GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS: If you purchased a General Admission hard copy paper ticket you must present your physical ticket, fully intact to receive your General Admission wristband. If you purchased a General Admission ticket online you must present the printed out ticket containing the unique QR code to receive your General Admission wrist bands.Ticket holders must present their tickets on entry. You can either print your ticket or present the digital version. General Admission is open seating pin the General Admission seating area ONLY.

VIP TICKET Online Only: If you purchased a VIP ticket online you must present the printed out ticket containing the unique QR code to receive your VIP wrist bands.You can either print your ticket or present the digital version. After receiving your wristband you will be directed to which table number you are seated at. All VIP seating is assigned seating. 

VIP Front & Second Row Tables Online Only: If you purchased a VIP Table online please NOTE that the table will be in the name of the person who purchased it.  The purchaser must present the printed out ticket containing the unique QR code to receive your VIP Table wrist bands(10 total). You can either print your ticket or present the digital version. After receiving your wristbands  your group will directed to which table number you are seated at. All VIP seating is assigned seating. Please arrive as group to avoid confusion when checking in.

WRISTBANDS MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES, NO EXCEPTIONS

* Note- once a ticket has been scanned in it can not be rescanned.

Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy:

  - All tickets purchased for the Jiu Jitsu grappling event are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  -Fight Card is subject to change.

  - All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided, except as required by law.

 

 

Weigh Ins, Tickets & Event Check In for fighters

 

1. Weigh Ins for fighters are the day before. Time/Date and Location is always announce on the website and via email to fighters and subscribers. If you have specific questions about weigh ins please contact us at whoyouwith.wyw@gmail.com

2. If a fighter/representative checked out tickets to sell for the event, all unsold tickets and or revenue must be turned in at weigh ins no exceptions. If you have a specific question about tickets please contact us at whoyouwith.wyw@gmail.com

3. The night of the event fighters are asked to check in at the event at least 1.5 hours prior to their match. Fight schedule will be available on the website the day before. All fighters are allowed one coach or parent with them into the event. Fighters and coaches will receive a wristband. Wristbands must be worn at all times while at the event.

 

Future Fight Starz Jiu Jitsu & grappling Match Rules

 This event follows a Submission Only No Point Rule Set, where the most aggressive fighter will be declared the winner if a submission is not achieved. The rules vary based on belt level and age group:

Kids & Teens White-Green Belts:

- Matches last 4 minutes, with title matches lasting 5 minutes

- All chokes and arm bars are legal, with no attacks below the waist

- No Slams Allowed

Teen Blue Belts:

- Matches last 4 minutes, with title matches lasting 5 minutes

- All chokes and arm bars are legal, along with straight ankle locks

- No other attacks below the waist

-No Slams Allowed

 

Adult White Belts:

- Matches last 5 minutes

- All chokes, slams, and arm bars are legal, along with straight ankle locks

- No other attacks below the waist

 

Adult Blue Belts:

- Matches last 5 minutes, with title matches lasting 6 minutes

- All chokes, slams, & arm bars are legal, along with straight ankle locks and knee bars

- No other attacks below the waist

 

Adult Purple, Brown & Black Belts Gi:

- Matches last 5 minutes, with title matches lasting 6 minutes

- All techniques and slams are legal, with no reaping and/or heel hooks

 

Adult Purple, Brown & Black Belts No Gi:

- Matches last 5 minutes, with title matches lasting 6 minutes

  • All techniques and slams are legal, with reaping and/or heel hooks allowed

 

All Ages Wrestling

  • Matches last 4 min(1 round)

  • Wrestle continues for full round, if opponent is pinned the match will continue until the round is completed. Most aggressive fighter wins.

These rules are designed to ensure a fair and competitive environment for all participants, while promoting skillful and strategic grappling techniques across different belt levels and age groups.
